Good question. Perhaps the word needs to be spread back east Wink

We have a lot of wilderness here. But I think Quebec has more guns and gun owns really . I read the statistics somewhere.

I think there are more rifles in Quebec but only because we have so many hunters and areas to hunt in. All the stores in my area deal only in hunting guns, EBR's are few and far between. In hindsight, my original post was flawed, I don't see as many guns for sale here because of the language barrier. Doesn't really matter though, thank God for redneck Westerners!

i was born in Quebec lived in nova scotia northwest territories yukon and now BC so i have purchased guns in all those provinces and if it is true that there are more guns owner in quebec it is also true that there is a lot more passion about hunting in quebec people like me had guns in their hands before we could ride a bike and killed our first deer before we ever kissed a girl but i can tell you also that in the yukon there is a lot more choices of hunting guns than in quebec and it is i think the most easiest place to buy hunting rifles because even if it is much easier to buy guns in the northwest territories and the yukon dont try to buy anything in quebec if you are not complying with the laws.LaughLaughon this have a good day.
